@JON471983 i don’t know about your vauxhaulls but opel is not something you regret…i’m not saying i would choose an opel over a ford but i’ve heard quite a few problems about volkswagen or seat…so…the name isn’t everything

Even the Nissan Cube beats this car!

mmmm Ford Cmax all day over this car.

The car is FAR too expensive and is still a vauxhall, so It will see the workshop frequently.

The seats are a gimmick, the car is not very original/good looking and the middle rear seat is a 1 foot wide folding strip….not what I would call practical.

I own one and it is extremely practical, roomy and comfortable, nice to drive and the 120 Turbo engine is more than adequate for driving on all types of roads. I have carried an 87 year-old in the back, access was very easy. A child seat is fitted easier than on any other car that I have had and I have taken prodigious amounts of garden rubbish to the tip. The new Meriva is designed for people who are serious about cars not because they are a boy racer but because they live in the real world.
